1.What color in Kelvin’s temperature are your white LED products?
For High Power SMD LED Lighting Product, we offer 3000K,4200k,6500k for your choice.
For LED T8 Tube, we offer 3000K-3500k(Warm white,WW),5000K-6000K(Pure white,PW),6500K+(Cool wihte, CW)
2. Do you provide warranties for your products?
Except LED T8 Tube, All of our products offer 2 years warranty.
For LED T8 tube, offer 3 year warranty. If need offer 5 year warranty, need to discuss case by case.
3. What is an LED Driver and how does it work?
Our LED drivers have a 12 Volt DC output that is perfectly suited for our 12 Volt products. In turn the product lasts longer and emit bright light. We will inform you if the product need Led Driver.
4. Do you have a catalogue, and can I get one?
Yes, just contact us via email with your contact information and we will send you a PDF version ASAP.
5. Does MB-LED provide free samples?
Due the cost of the products we only can offer the LED Strip light and the LED modules for free samples. But it The Qty of the free sample can not so much. For LED strip light we only offer a small pieces it’s about 10 cm only. And the LED modules we only can offer two pcs. But other products we can not offer free samples, the customer should pay for the sample charge. Such as LED tube light ,LED bulbs, LED Spotlight, LED flood light, LED downlight, LED panel light.
6.How to apply the free samples?
For free samples we have to know you company name, your web, your E-mail and detail address of your company include the phone number and the scope of your business. You can apply the free samples online by E-mail or by phone both OK.
7. Does MB-LED make standard replacement Fluorescent tube?
Yes, all of our LED T8 tube are designed to fit in standard bulb fixtures. If there is any change, We will offer you the modified way to replace the original Fluorescent tube.
8.Do you the certification ?
Yes, as the professional LED lighting and LED light manufacture we have the CE ROHS FCC and ISO certification. And we also have the LED lighting with UL certification, such as our UL LED modules UL LED power supply.
9. Do you accept the small orders?
Yes, we accept the small orders. We will try our best to support our customer’s business whether the small trail order.
10. Do you accept the nostandard led light series?
Yes just tell us your requirements pls, We have a strong research and development and the design team. Believe us we must can meet requirements. |
